Chicken casserole and homemade dumplings

Today we have served up a treat, with homemade Dumplings and a Chicken and vegetable casserole, who doesn’t love this home from home meal which makes you feel warm inside? The Chicken was tender and the seasonal vegetables added colour to the dish.
