Although today has been a miserable Monday, we thought we would lift spirits at Hungry Moose and at our schools by providing a fun and healthy picnic-style tea! Even if it does mean enjoying it inside and out of the rain.☔️ Complete with a homemade sausage roll, crunchy carrot and celery, creamy cheese cubes, fresh bread and sweet sultanas, we know how much fun a picky tea can be! However we also know some may prefer a nice, warming meal, therefore we also served a veggie-packed butter bean and leek casserole with carrots and fresh tomatoes, served alongside tender new potatoes.
