With our Spring menu coming to and end as of tomorrow, we thought we’d look back at some of our favourite meals and puddings from the last 8 weeks, and some fun National food days that we’ve been a part of! On national banana and apple pie day we made banana and apple shaped biscuits, as well as delicious banana upside down cake and some comforting apple pies! And on truffle day we made vegan chocolate truffles and rolled them in colourful sprinkles, and on pretzel day we made luxurious chocolate and butterscotch dips with fluffy soft pretzels! Some of our favourite things we made included homemade bread rolls, fruity vegan carrot and apple cake, yummy aubergine and lentil casserole with chapati, and super tender roast gammon with potato wedges and nutritious green broccoli! Our summer menu includes some more amazing choices, and we also have fun national food days coming up soon!🌤
