Happy Monday, what glorious weather we have had so we thought we would have a taste of Moroccan for our nurseries to give us that summer feeling. They were served with Lemon Chicken with Orzo pasta grains and a splash of green with garden peas. They had a mouthwatering pudding of greek yogurt and home made Strawberry Coulis.
For Their lunch we went with a nice simple but loved meal of Fish cakes with potatoes and mixed vegetables.
